So that you can make choices & take the new actions that will bring you closer to who you want to be.
It can be tough to break up with your old self...
I believe that if you're willing to move forward in a way where your past is no longer the heavy baggage traveling with you...
Then making change is simpler as you are not weighed down or looking at things through the glasses of your past failures
